Founded on the guiding principles of long-term client satisfaction, promoting trees as a critical part of the urban environment and maximization of property values. The Owner and President, Andre Savaria ensures UrbFor Consulting provides thorough, timely and comprehensive services.

Andre is a Registered Professional Forester (AAFMP), a Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), and a member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists (ASCA). He is an active Director of the Prairie Chapter for the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Our other team members are all professionally trained with experience and include a variety of applicable designations.

Andre has extensive experience in forest management on Provincial Crown land, including developing operating ground rules, forest operations monitoring programs (FOMP), ISO Quality Management Systems for provincial initiatives, audit protocols for forest management plans, field operations inspection courses. We have facilitated Director/Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) level strategic planning workshops and coordinated evidence gathering for legal counsel and Forest Management Agreement (FMA) challenges.
